Matthew 19:4-6: "4 He answered, 'Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, "Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh"? 6 So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.'"
Genesis 2:18: "Then the LORD God said, 'It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.'"

"6 Now there were six stone water jars there for the Jewish rites of purification, each holding twenty or thirty gallons. 7 Jesus said to the servants, 'Fill the jars with water.' And they filled them up to the brim. 8 And he said to them, 'Now draw some out and take it to the master of the feast.' So they took it. 9 When the master of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and did not know where it came from (though the servants who had drawn the water knew), the master of the feast called the bridegroom 10 and said to him, 'Everyone serves the good wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then the poor wine. But you have kept the good wine until now.' 11 This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory. And his disciples believed in him."
Psalm 127:1: "Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain."

The first three citations (Matthew 19:4-6; Genesis 2:18, 21-24) are all combined in the first half of the first verse: "O Father, all creating, / Whose wisdom, love, and pow'r / First bound two lives together / In Eden's primal hour."
The passage from John 2 is referred to at the beginning of the second verse ("With good wine, Lord, at Cana / The wedding feast You blessed"), and Psalm 127:1 appears at the beginning of the fourth verse ("Unless You build it, Father / The house is built in vain").
